1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdgemes ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at bdgemes.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the bdgemes platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, bonus claims, and communications with our support team.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the bdgemes registration process, by making a deposit, or by accessing any game, betting market, or platform feature, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• All information provided by you to bdgemes is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

1.2 Platform Availability

bdgemes makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for losses arising from planned maintenance windows, unexpected downtime, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with bdgemes, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bdgemes, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the bdgemes platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not registering on behalf of, or acting as an agent for, any other person.

2.1 Age Verification

bdgemes reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the registration process or at any point thereafter during the lifetime of your account. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, bdgemes may restrict your ability to withdraw funds from your account. If age verification documents are not provided within the timeframe specified in our request, or if the documents provided demonstrate that the account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bdgemes platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. bdgemes does not warrant that participation in any game or betting activity available on the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction from which the platform may be technically accessible. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the bdgemes platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the bdgemes platform — including the ability to deposit funds, place bets, and withdraw winnings — you must complete the registration process and create an account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bdgemes account at any given time. If bdgemes detects that a player has registered or is operating more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — all accounts belonging to that player may be closed and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of our platform and to prevent bonus abuse and other fraudulent activity.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdgemes account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdgemes will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact bdgemes support immediately at [email protected]. bdgemes support staff will never ask for your password.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering compliance, bdgemes may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting copies of a government-issued identity document, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests above specified thresholds are processed. bdgemes reserves the right to apply withdrawal holds pending KYC completion.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your bdgemes account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your personal information changes — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method details — you must update your account accordingly or contact support to request the update. bdgemes accepts no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or other adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdgemes supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary based on your location and device, and bdgemes reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bdgemes is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdgemes account in real time or near-real time under normal operating conditions. bdgemes does not charge any fees on deposits made via MFS (mobile financial services) methods. Fees charged by your mobile financial services provider are your own responsibility and are separate from any bdgemes charges. Deposit limits may be set at the player's request as part of our responsible gaming tools.

bdgemes reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at bdgemes are processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method or to a third-party account are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically processed within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

bdgemes reserves the right to apply a hold on withdrawal requests pending KYC verification, security review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified if their withdrawal request is subject to a hold, and the reason for the hold will be communicated as far as is permitted by applicable law and our internal security procedures.

4.3 Currency

The primary currency of the bdgemes platform is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and game stakes are denominated in BDT unless otherwise specified. If a deposit is made in a currency other than BDT, a currency conversion will be applied at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdgemes offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses offered by bdgemes are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus conversion amounts. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, and contribution percentages for different game types will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms. As a general principle, live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage towards wagering requirements than slots and RNG games. Players should review the full terms of each specific promotion before opting in.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bdgemes strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; exploiting errors or unintended configurations in promotional mechanics; using bonus funds to place low-risk hedging bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and sharing account credentials to allow a third party to claim a bonus. Where bdgemes identifies or suspects bonus abuse, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided, and the account may be suspended or closed at our discretion.

5.3 Promotional Changes

bdgemes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. If a promotion is terminated early, players who have already opted in and met the applicable conditions will be treated equitably in line with the terms of the promotion as they stood at the time of opt-in. bdgemes is not obligated to continue running any specific promotion indefinitely or to match promotional offers made on third-party websites that purport to represent bdgemes.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the bdgemes platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as provided by the licensed game supplier or betting engine. In the event of a conflict between the game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise and have been approved by bdgemes.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or game round is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the bdgemes system. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication interruption that results in a bet being placed without proper confirmation, bdgemes reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. bdgemes is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round — including but not limited to slot game spins, live casino rounds, and RNG-based games — the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to affected players. bdgemes will investigate malfunction reports promptly. Any payout resulting from a clear technical error, game misconfiguration, or incorrectly displayed odds is not valid and may be voided regardless of whether the funds have been credited to the player's account balance.

6.3 Sports Betting & Cricket Markets

Sports betting at bdgemes, including cricket betting covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, is subject to the rules of the relevant sport and market as defined by our sports data and odds providers. In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach a valid conclusion, applicable bet settlement rules will be those of our sports betting engine, which are published separately. Live in-play bets are accepted and settled in real time; once a live bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

bdgemes reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual game rounds, betting markets, or promotional periods. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, are displayed within the relevant game interface or market information panel. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout limit may be capped at the maximum amount regardless of the mathematical outcome of the game round or bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdgemes platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one bdgemes account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for any money laundering purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities — any identified bugs must be reported to bdgemes support immediately;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdgemes staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account limit imposed by bdgemes or requested by the player;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technological means to obscure your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account restrictions.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bdgemes reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time and for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, evidence of underage gambling, or conduct that bdgemes deems harmful to the platform or to other players.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their bdgemes account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bdgemes will close the account and process any eligible remaining balance to the player's verified withdrawal method, provided that all wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met and no outstanding security or KYC review is pending. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon application, subject to bdgemes's review at its sole discretion.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting bdgemes support directly. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon activation. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets on the platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. bdgemes will make every reasonable effort to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded players during their exclusion period.

8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where bdgemes closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, multiple account operation, or prohibited conduct — any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. In cases of suspected money laundering or other serious financial crime, funds in the account may be held pending investigation and potential reporting to relevant authorities. bdgemes will not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of account closure for breach of Terms.

8.4 Disputes & Complaints

If you wish to raise a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your bdgemes experience — including a disputed bet settlement, a transaction discrepancy, a bonus calculation, or a support interaction — you should contact bdgemes support in the first instance at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. bdgemes commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. 8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgemes's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player to their bdgemes account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdgemes shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits bdgemes's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. By using the bdgemes platform, you consent to such jurisdiction.
